8:40pm This innings promised a lot, especially when de Kock and Monank were going at it inside the powerplay. But once the field restrictions were lifted, MINY struggled to find the same impetus and momentum. de Kock went ahead and registered a half-century but those around him could not find any sort of rhythm. Bracewell, though, found a few timely boundaries towards the end, meaning that MINY have a score closer to 200 than 175.

Washington, meanwhile, will be pleased with how they pulled things back. Their fielding was exceptional throughout, and almost all of their change-ups came off. Owen was the pick of their bowlers, with Maxwell's decision to bowl the 16th over also proving particularly pivotal. They will fancy their chances of chasing this down, but will be aware of MINY's bowling strength. Join us in a bit for the chase!

Michael Bracewell: We probably are just about par with that batting innings - they bowled really well, mixed it up. The wicket was not quite coming on (to the bat). They made it tough, lots of different variations thrown at us. Looking forward to try and defend this. Taking wickets through the middle is important. If we can restrict and come up with a few dot balls, it builds pressure. We will have to bowl well (to defend this total).

Edwards to Richards, 2 runs, dug into the track outside off. Richards winds up and flat-bats it to long on's right. Maxwell mops it up and MINY finish their innings with a brace!
