9:13pm An excellent batting display in a knockout game, led by the irresistible Finn Allen. He took the attack to TSK in the powerplay and never relented, mustering a sensational hundred that laid the foundation for the Unicorns. Inglis played his part too, as did Hassan towards the end, and they will be largely pleased with the total they have on the board, even though there might be a feeling they could have gone even higher.
A pretty average outing in the field for the Super Kings and that is perhaps putting it mildly. Several catches went down, and there were misfields too, further compounding their woes. With the ball, Noor was the pick of the bunch, while Stoinis, who was expensive in his first two overs, was also brilliant at the death, alongside Baartman. This might be seem a tough chase but TSK will take heart from the fact that it could have been a lot more. If that is enough to turbocharge them to a place in the final, well, we will find out in a bit!
Finn Allen: (On where this ranks among his best hundreds) Probably my worst one (smiles). Definitely was not the most fluent innings I had. Just tried to stay in and get to a total. Was talking with Watto about going through the gears, was trying to give myself bit more of a chance. Few lucky ones (boundaries) there, but you got to take it. (On facing Noor and Mohsin) They are quality spinners, was just trying to play the conditions and look straight for a start. The quicker it was bowled, it stayed lower. I think it (200) is a good score.
Cummins to face what should be the final ball of this innings
