You could see the intensity from both sides. It could have been worse had Rickelton not stepped up again, almost batted till the end, made a fabulous 89, and got help from Klassen. But apart from these two, nobody could get into double figures. Two crucial run-outs of Klassen and de Kock hurt their cause. Russell was fantastic all the way with his change-ups, used the round-the-wicket angle so well, and always remained one step ahead of the batters. Dry was economical in his two overs, Ali Khan was pacy, and Narine showed his dexterity with the ball in no uncertain terms. LAKR certainly brought their A-game forward in the first half. Now, let's see if they can chase down this middling total. I'll be back in a few minutes.
Muzahid: "Though the LAKR bowled brilliantly, i think this SO team leave a lot to be desired.. Such an underwhelming campaign they are having"
Muzahid: "Spencer Johnson tries attacking the body a lot.. Been seeing Surrey matches at Vitality Blast and it was the same case there as well.. And importantly, batsmen struggle most of times because of the pace he bowls at"
