SF were cruising at the halfway mark but then Gannon got some key wickets and broke the intimidating partnership between Allen and Short. Thereafter, the momentum shifted and 200 seemed a distant dream. SO, making the adjustment and reading he pitch well, persisted with slower deliveries and reaped the rewards.
