MI New York lived up to their credo and conjured up a world-class bowling performance, not allowing the Seattle Orcas to have it their way at any stage of the innings. The Orcas lost control in the powerplay and never threatened to post a big total. MI will only need 109 to register their first win of the season. Rashid Khan got the key wickets of Heinrich Klaasen and Aaron James. Imad Wasim's innings was similar to the one he played against India recently in the World Cup - not going anywhere and eventually succumbing to the pressure against the ferocious pace of Anrich Nortje. Trent Boult kept a lid on the score in the powerplay and was brilliant at the death too. Ehsan Adil nailed his lines and lengths and looks a much-improved bowler compared to last season. Shubham Ranjane showed some resistance with a doughty 35-run knock but didn't get much assistance. Some late fireworks from Harmeet Singh have given them something to fight with
