9:19pm So, TSK have huffed and puffed their way to 158, which might not be a big score but does give TSK something to bowl at. They lost three wickets inside the powerplay and that dented their early charge. Conway was also starved of the strike and that built further pressure. Conway and Milind consolidated decently but neither could capitalise towards the back end, leaving Miller and Sams to do the heavy lifting. The former got a couple of sixes away but that was about it as MINY ended up picking seven wickets in the final five overs.
Speaking of MINY, they will be quietly confident of chasing this down. There are no demons as such on this track and if they can get off to a good start, they have the firepower to finish the job. Do join us in a bit for the run-chase!
Trent Boult: (On how he has bowled this tournament) Something just seems to be happening. Nice to get a couple up top. Probably the best wicket we have come across this tournament. We have to bat well but I am backing us to get this. It is about starting well and showing some good intent at the top. I have got a feeling where he (du Plessis) wants to hit it. The ball was not swinging much. It is about having the next plan up your sleeve and nice that it came off today.
