4:20pm Excellent effort form West Indies with the ball but South Africa should be content with 141 on the board on a track where stroke-making is seemingly tough. West Indies began well with Connell impressing with the new ball and striking early. South Africa have to owe their total once again to Kapp's effort of a fifty. Her partnership with Luus really gave them a good base to cross the 140-run mark.

You'd think bowling is South Africa's stronger suit - and batting has been West Indies' Achilles heel for some time now - and they should be pretty confident about getting first points in this tri-series.
