Manthan Jain: "First 4 overs it was fire vs fire contest with 45 for 3 then next 4 overs it was all WI then last 3 it was all SA ....."
5:01pm Wow, that was an action-packed innings. The West Indies got rid of de Kock and Rossouw early. They then kept chipping away through the middle phase, with none of the batters getting going. Miller, though, did what he does best. He assessed the conditions, picked out his areas to attack and did so superbly. His 22-ball 48, coupled with cameos from Hendricks and Magala have catapulted South Africa to 131, which could be a very good score on this surface that did offer a bit of assistance with the new ball.
The West Indies, meanwhile, would be ruing the number of runs they conceded towards the end. Prior to that, Joseph and Cottrell bowled well. The latter, in particular, gave away only seven runs and picked up two wickets in his first two overs. But he, like his teammates, could not curb the run-flow at the death. 60 runs came off the last three overs alone, meaning that they now have a mountain to climb. Do join us in a bit for the run-chase!

Eye of Sauron: "Quinton de Kock's dismissal today is the first time since June 2017 that a South African opener has been dismissed for a first ball duck in a T20 international. Jon-Jon Smuts was the last SA opener to be dismissed for a first ball duck..it was against England at Southampton. " -- Indeed, this is the entire list of South Africa men's openers who have been dismissed off the first ball of a T20I
