8:25pm That innings lasted almost two hours, and yielded only 133 runs. Which Pakistan will definitely not mind. Shaheen set the ball rolling early, with Talat then causing damage through the middle overs. Abrar, however, was the pick of the bunch and SL never got to grips with his variations. They did concede 45 off the last five, but will be fairly happy with their effort.

Sri Lanka, on the other hand, will feel they left a few runs out there. The pitch was not flat, but some of the shot selection was not inspiring either. Kamindu gritted it out and lasted until the penultimate over, grinding his way to a 44-ball 50. That has taken SL above the 130-run mark but at the half-way stage, it does feel like a total that is under par. Join us in a bit for the chase!

Seemed to be heading down leg with the angle but Salman has decided to take this upstairs. There is no bat involved, but the first replay does suggest the ball would have tailed down leg. But hang on. Hang on. Ball Tracking has a completely different perspective. It returns with the ball thundering into leg stump and Kamindu has to go. Well, that did take a lot of people by surprise, but take nothing away from Kamindu and his knock, which may just have given SL something to play with!
