8:29pm Pakistan lost their way after an excellent start, 91 for 1 off the first ten and 42 off the last three but India dominated the bit in between. Farhan had a great start but lost steam after making his fifty. Fakhar, promoted back to open, played attractive shots but fell cheaply to Hardik. Ayub got his first runs but couldn't capitalise on dropped catches. The middle order struggled against Dube. Bumrah was off-colour for a change. Kuldeep and Varun were relatively economical but got just the one wicket between them.
