11.39pm Well, that was fun. They've all been fun! Same again, same time Friday? Oh go on then... from Miller, Alan and Ranjith, good night!
Umar Farzooq: "This series brought to you by Christofer Nolan"
Saad: "More countries should visit Pakistan. Pakistan team always gives you nail-biting, sitting on edge of the seat entertainment. What a match! At the end of Pakistan inning, MALIK rightfully said "Good total by team Pakistan""
JOYDEEPSINGHGIL: "What a sensational last over by Jamal even at debut match just conceded 8 that win Pakistan this match and Iftikhar Jamal shadab Nawaz conceded just 63 runs in 12 overs in this match this kinda bowling win you matches"
Hamza: "Reliable batter of the match awards always goes to Rizwan, you could know it even without watching the match. "
11.30pm Time for some presentations. Well, I thought it was time for some presentations, but not just yet... Aha, here's Moeen:
"Disappointed we didn't chase those runs, we're a better team than that but got strangled by the spinners in the middle overs. Hard for the bowlers to control in the dew, so had to hang in there and go hard at the end.
"Woody is taking the big wickets, making batters do silly things, he's been awesome for us."
Babar, speaking in Urdu, says that Shadab added strength and a 360-degree dimensional player, he backed his bowlers to defend a low total, and was happy with Jamal's debut and Rizwan's runs. Rizwan is Player of the Match, and that is a wrap.
11.16pm Well, well, well. For the first time in the series, England are behind, and for the third time in the series, they'll be rather baffled about how they lost that... As in Karachi on Sunday, their bowlers did the needful to cramp a reticent Pakistan batting display, with the honorable exception of the magnificent Mohammad Rizwan, but once again, their profligate batting let them down... this time in the face of some outstandingly restrictive spin bowling through the middle overs that left Moeen Ali with too much ground to make up at the end. Huge props to Jamal on debut too. A tough challenge to close that over out, but he stuck to his best ball and seized the day!
Rehan Today: "You gotta love this 7-match series. It's getting better with each match."
ShahSafeer: "Pakistan don't win games easily and they don't let opposition win them comfortably either. The most entertaining team in this sport!! "
Fareed: "England needed 146 to win in 20 overs, 2 front line bowlers Rouf and Waseem gave away 73 runs in 8 overs.. still what a win for Pakistan"
Eight off two... are we going to a super over?
Bas: "Miller trying to conjure up some black 2019 magic? No deflections today..." We'll see shall we? Weird juju tonight
Ali: "15 off 4 Stokes hits it for 6 against Boult" Indeed, and it was off a similar wide line too..
Still World Cup vibes! Another dot, and England will be needing bat deflections...
