Scorer: Binoy George | Commentator: Rvel Zahid

Phew, we saw entertaining knocks from Dasun Shanaka and Sikandar Raza, they came, saw and conquered, making light work of the chase, hitting the ball all around the park with ease and finesse and ending up making well-orchestrated half-centuries. Apart from Overton - who looked unplayable with his nagging line and lengths - nobody else was spared and bled runs as the carnage continued towards the very end. The chase got a bit derailed early on as DC found themselves in a spot of bother when the dextrous spinner Zahir Khan was introduced into the attack; he took two wickets in a cluster but the partnership between seasoned campaigners from Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe guided them comfortably to the doorstep of victory. As a result of the win, Dubai Capitals are now on the fourth spot and still in contention for the playoffs while MI Emirates have already qualified for the playoffs. Thanks for joining us, peeps. On that note, it's time for me (Rvel Zahid) and Binoy George to say goodbye

Wheal to Sikandar Raza, FOUR, That'll do nicely for Dubai Capitals as Raza carts this through long-leg for a boundary and finishes the game in style

Nithin : "Fantastic again from shanaka. He always plays well against the opposition team if they have "India" in their name."

Thompson to Sikandar Raza, 1 run, Looking for the glory shot as he spears it on a length, attacking the stumps, he goes down on one knee, trying to heave it over long-on, didn't get all of it and will settle for a run

Thompson to Sikandar Raza, SIX, Pummelled over mid-off for a six, this was absolutely leathered, only a hit away from a win now. What a way to bring up his half-century, champion player from Zimbabwe! He was frustrated in the last over for missing out but this time he timed it to perfection

Romal: "I wonder why some big players of MI E are missing. No pollard, Bravo, Najibullah or Farooqi. They all proved themselves as match winners "

Tinura: "How costly was that missed review?"

Thompson to Sikandar Raza, FOUR, Streaky! Length ball, width on offer, flashed hard and it goes over short third for a boundary

Asahel: "Just how different would this match be if MI Emirates had reviewed in Zahir's first over"

Thompson to Sikandar Raza, 2 runs, Slow ball, hits the hard length and he goes for the pull, almost holing out to midwicket, fielder came charging in, looking to dive but couldn't settle under the ball

Thompson to Sikandar Raza, no run, Fired into the stumps, inside-edges it to the keeper

Aditya: "seems like both Dubai Capitals and Pretoria Capitals are playing simultaneously! "
