8:12 pm What a fantastic recovery by the Giants! The Giants lost their captain on the fifth over after missing a slog shot. After ten overs, the Giants had lost four wickets and scored 44. The Giants' batting was a catastrophe, and I don't believe many people anticipated them to reach 100; they were 68 for 8 in the middle. But Tom Curran had a different idea in mind and played an outstanding knock further down the order, hitting 64 runs off 34 balls and remaining at the crease till the end. 61 runs were scored in the final five overs! The Vipers had an unusual bowling rotation, as one of their primary bowlers failed to fulfil his quota in the middle overs. The bowlers bowled loosely in the death overs, losing their line and length frequently. Both Hasaranga and Curran took three wickets each. A friendly reminder: the Vipers were bowled out for 74 runs in their previous encounter against the Emirates.
Desert Vipers need 130 runs to win the match
