8.10pm So certainly the Knight Riders will be the happier of the two sides at the break. They let in only 42 runs in the final five overs to restrict the Giants to 161. When Chris Lynn was going strong that seemed like the bare minimum, but the Giants' innings lost momentum drastically when Lynn fell for a 48-ball 67 at the end of the 17th. It was an innings that David Willey (1 for 18) and Sunil Narine (0 for 22) kept one end tied up through the powerplay and middle overs, but runs leaked at the other end. However Ali Khan and Andre Russell picked up key wickets at the death to keep the Giants from running away. Can the Knight Riders finish the job then? We'll be back with the chase shortly.
