We'll be back after the break when Danyal will take over commentary. See you then.
12:52 pm: After a run out early on, the fear of Sri Lanka throwing away wickets with unforced errors loomed large. But the captain tried to push things along. She was caught at long-off that led to some repair. The consolidation was slow as Hansima could not get going as was the case with Nilakshi. But Kavisha hit her way out in the beginning and managed to rotate strike well too. For the hosts, it was spin to win as Nida Dar put the brakes on the scoring after the batters started getting used to the pace. She got no wickets but like all spinners, flighted it well and extracted spin. Ghulam Fatima was the pick of the bowlers with her 4-for. Her spin and control of lines were majestic. Fatima Sana bowled well too, Sadia Iqbal got the key wicket of Athapaththu and kept things tight in the middle overs. Diana Baig was off-colour and the wides added 14 runs but the total is 33-short of 200 that Athapaththu said was the aim at the toss.
