Afghanistan are in a good position but early wickets can shake things up. Rashid Khan reckons the pitch is still good for batting. The second innings will start in a few minutes to present the answers. Stay tuned for the chase.
Bala Ganesh: "@Shafiq Your request completed. Looks like ACB appointed someone from South Africa as fielding coach from 40th over. "
2:34 pm: Bangladesh started off well but the visitors managed to get wickets in the middle overs, something that they were unable to in the first two games. Litton and Shakib had a partnership but once that was broken, the innings never got back on track. Rashid's dismantling of the middle order and unforced errors with run-outs meant Mahmudullah could not build an innings as he would have wished. There was extra bounce for the quicks at times and the field-settings, particularly in the ring, were aggressive. They led to wickets that came from aggressive shots. The soft dismissals compounded the troubles and left Bangladesh with a sub-par score.

amzad: "Mahamudullah ,what he is doing actually? he's giving 4/5 balls to play to tail enders like Taskin and Sharif?" Not sure if he wants to wait or if he's trying to squeeze bonus runs from the tail. But with five to go, he'll start hogging strike soon
Nafil: "Mahmudullah 25 from 47 balls no fours and sixes.. He should show this patience for another two overs to complete 50 overs by Bangladesh.."
