8.39pm: Good comeback by Sri Lanka in the last two overs, which reined South Africa's late-overs charge in. They still have 163 on the board, which looks like a decent, competitive total. South Africa's innings was given the impetus by Markram and Miller, who both shrugged off a middle-overs slump to thump the ball mightily towards the end. Both of them falling meant South Africa ended with below what they would have though when they were together, but more than what looked possible during the middle phase. Hasaranga, as he has often been, was Sri Lanka's best bowler again, with 2 for 23 in four overs. Vishal will be back with you for the chase shortly, stay tuned.

Chameera to Pretorius, FOUR, full on off again, and he's managed to swing that through square leg off a thickish inside edge that will find the boundary
19.5
2
Chameera to Pretorius, 2 runs, this time it's normal pace, full on off, he's swatted it to deep midwicket, without any timing. But in the gap so they get a second
19.4
0
Chameera to Pretorius, no run, superb slower ball, beats him completely. Fuller in the channel, and he's way too early into the attempted swing to cow corner. Leg-cutter that was, moved away too

Rabada is the new batsman, but at the non-striker's end because they crossed.

1w
Chameera to Pretorius, 1 wide, too far outside off and that's going to be a wide

EshanH: "Shanaka should bowl himself more, he is a decent bowler " -- he certainly bowled a fine 19th over.

19.3
W
Chameera to Miller, OUT, caught at deep square leg. Dug in short, and Miller went for the pull. Didn't keep it down but didn't get enough on it either, and a fairly straightforward catch for the fielder at the boundary

DA Miller c Fernando b Chameera 26 (39m 15b 2x4 1x6) SR: 173.33

1
Chameera to Pretorius, 1 run, yorker on off this time, driven to extra cover

Ashish: "Markram ran out of gas there after running those twos and he simply threw his bat on the slower one instead of waiting for it. But good batting nonetheless."

19.1
2
Chameera to Pretorius, 2 runs, wide yorker outside off but he has long reach does Pretorius and manages to slap it square

Last over coming up. Chameera will bowl it.

Shanaka to Pretorius, 1 run, slower ball yorker outside off, has to wait for it and drills it to long-on

Dwaine Pretorius now.

18.5
W
Shanaka to Markram, OUT, edges it to short third man. He's taken pace off the entire over and this time gets the rewards. Markram making room again to slash it over cover, gets a top edge that balloons up for an easy catch. End of a fine innings

AK Markram c Chameera b Shanaka 48 (49m 33b 1x4 2x6) SR: 145.45

18.4
2
Shanaka to Markram, 2 runs, fuller angling into him, flicks it off his toes to deep midwicket. And superb running again to sprint back for the second. Wasn't timed that well which meant the man on the boundary had to charge in to gather it, gave them the time to hare back
18.3
0
Shanaka to Markram, no run, was giving himself a lot of room, the bowler spotted it and bowled a very flow yorker on the stumps. Markram had to wait an eternity and eventually could only squeeze it back to the bowler
18.2
2
Shanaka to Markram, 2 runs, slower bouncer this time, he goes for the pull and fetches it from offstump, deep midwicket can't get there in time, and in fact over-runs it a bit which allows a comfortable second
18.1
1
Shanaka to Miller, 1 run, slower ball full outside off, drilled to long-off. That was hit with power.

Dasun Shanaka brings himself on for the 19th over.

Toast Coetzer: "With regards to Klaasen LBW decision earlier: I think if an umpire's facial expression at first says 'No', but he then gives the batter out... surely Umpire's Call should go to the batter?" -- a fifth umpire to read facial expressioins then?

1
Karunaratne to Miller, 1 run, slower again, on leg stump, too early into the flick, gets a leading edge but it lands safely at midwicket
17.5
1
Karunaratne to Markram, 1 run, was looking for another big swing of the bat, but inside edges this onto pad and it rolls into the offside for a single
17.4
6
Karunaratne to Markram, SIX, bang goes Markram. Another slower ball on a length, not so wide outside off that time, Markram spots it, sets himself up, opens his shoulders and absolutely leathers it with a horizontal bat straight over the bowler's head
17.3
4
Karunaratne to Markram, FOUR, magnificently done. Markram shows his great eye and hands with a reverse paddle that is hit very fine. The ball is well outside off but Markram has decided he's going to reverse hit, and reaches the ball in time to almost drag-flick it reverse
17.2
1
Karunaratne to Miller, 1 run, slower ball dug into the pitch, swivels and pulls through square, but there is a deep square leg in place to stop that
17.1
3
Karunaratne to Markram, 3 runs, wide outside off again, this time he moved across and reached for it, thumping it in the air over cover. The man at deep extra cover takes it a bit easy and they spot that and sprint back for the third. Excellent running
17.1
1w
Karunaratne to Markram, 1 wide, too wide outside off and he'll have to re-bowl that

END OF OVER:

2
Chameera to Miller, 2 runs, smart work at the extra cover boundary to stop that. Field was set for wide yorker going across him and he bowls a full wide one going across. Miller latches onto it though and carves it over the in-field. The fielder on the cover boundary runs to his left and stops it with one hand. Ran really quickly for it, did Karunaratne.

back over the wicket. Point is back at the boundary, third man still inside the circle.

16.5
4
Chameera to Miller, FOUR, outside edge goes for four. Third man is in the circle, no stopping that. He went round the wicket for that, got it very full length outside off, Miller looking to thump through cover gets a thick edge that goes fine
16.4
4
Chameera to Miller, FOUR, slower ball but sits up from back of a length and Miller able to swivel and pull this through square leg. Vacant space there to collect the boundary
