It is a seemingly premature declaration - perhaps the target was always to get about 330 on the board, rather than timing themselves? They've got there pretty quickly, whatever it was. It's an hour of scheduled play left, with a possibility of a 30-minute extension. They're really dangling the carrot here for West Indies, the asking rate won't be too high.
