But although Aura have won this comfortably, the win was not commanding enough. They needed to win in 11.1 overs to make the qualifiers, but they are now knocked out of the tournament, and Gladiators go through to the eliminator with Colombo Stars.
Perhaps that is as it should be. Aura have been dismal in this tournament. Gladiators have probably been just a tad better.
