4:54pm Not quite the 200-plus score the Strikers seemed primed for, especially when Angelo Perera and Phillips were smashing it to all parts. But it still feels a decent total to have on the board and does give them something to work with. Phillips, like he has been all season, was superb, with Perera also doing his bit till the time he retired hurt. The mid-innings collapse, though, really pulled the Strikers down, and that could yet prove a pivotal passage of play.

Allen was the pick of the Kings' bowling bunch and was supported ably by Omarzai. The rest took a bit of tap, though. That said, they will not mind chasing 189 on a track that has seemed good for batting and where stroke-play has not been a massive problem. If they can get to that score, well, that is another matter altogether. Join us in a bit for the run-chase!

AM Fernando to Wellalage, OUT, castled by a full toss! On middle and leg, and Wellalage will feel he missed out there. Tries to access the leg side and only connects with fresh air. Stumps splattered, and the Strikers finish on 188!

AM Fernando to Taskin Ahmed, 1 run, gets the leg-stump yorker right now. Taskin jams his bat down in time and digs this out towards deep backward square leg

AM Fernando to Taskin Ahmed, 1 no ball, oh dear! Very high full toss, and Taskin does well to get out of the way. Edges his swipe and the ball is caught by Mendis. Called a No ball, though, and rightly so
