Not a bad outing with the bat from Viiking, led by their in-form captain Dasun Shanaka who hit his second fifty in three LPL innings. They had a terrible start when Dickwella and Stirling both went for 1, but had some good partnerships after that, in which Upul Tharanga, Samit Patel and Angelo Perera were involved.

Without Shanaka's 56 off 34 - which featured four sixes and three fours - Viiking would not have managed a competitive score though. I feel 175 still isn't an imposing total, given the firepower that Kings possess. Viiking will have to bowl well to defend this and send Kings to their first defeat. Join us in a bit for the chase.

This was a wide yorker that Pulina tried to shuffle across and get underneath. But he's not hit that well at all. Russell's having a big impact here with the ball. Excellent death bowling
