15.5 Stunner taken by Dean at midwicket! She leapt up, it was going up over her left, she adjusted late, managed to search for it and pluck it. The ball was on a length, Jones came down the ground and looked to slog it over wide mid-on, got it off the bottom and almost cleared the infield. Spirit, as expected, are delighted. 69/7

12.1 Gibson does get the breakthrough! Elwiss got a full ball and she had premeditated the dilscoop-style paddle, it went slightly wider and she turned the bat face to go over short third. But it ballooned up, Harman charged down and dove to grab it. 57/5

14.2 Pulled in the air, finds deep-mid! Wong came down the track before the delivery, she went back and got a slow half-tracker. She slapped it with all might but the connection was good enough only to sail to Gibson in the deep. 64/6

16.5 Pulled, it goes up, there's an assist at long-on and it's eventually taken! Dattani ran to her left at first, the ball wobbled in her hand but and she went over the ropes but lobbed it back up just in time to Monaghan who comes in and takes it. That was a shortish ball that sat up and hit well until it was intercepted by another brilliant catch! 73/8

18.4 Goes for another switch hit, gets a top edge and it's taken at backward point! This was on a length, it was just outside off. The line was right but the length, too short for the shot. Taken easily by Monaghan as she flips around. 82/10

17.3 Slogged, it lands in the empty space at the midwicket outfield. They charge back for two, the throw is flat at the striker's end. There was hesitation from Fackrell and that costs her! She's short and Phoenix are nine down! Spirit are having a party in the middle! 76/9

1.4 Los full toss outside off, she drives to mid-off and sets off for a run. Hang on a minute, has Mooney run out herself? Yes, she has. Devine at it again. She is everywhere. A run was on, but Devine is quick on the ball, releases it in an instant and strikes down the stumps. Spirit lose two in no time. Mooney had timed it much better than she thought. But that was some outstanding fielding from Devine. 2/2

0.5 Oh, my days what a stunner! Is that a moment of magic that Phoenix needed. Tossed up on middle, Gibson gets low down looking for a slog sweep. She connects well but Devine stationed at long on moves quickly, flings to her right and plucks out a superb catch. 1/1

6.4 Oh, that is a soft dismissal! On a length around middle stump, she gets across looking to flick it away. Instead, she gets a bit of a leading edge as Perry runs back from midwicket to her right, eyes on the ball and pouches it well. Just when it seemed a partnership was taking place, Spirit lose another 20/4

2.1 Has she struck first ball? Dear me, she has! Another superb catch, this time by Eve Jones. Nonchalant length ball on the pads, she clips it but a tad too well and Jones coming in from deep square leg, dives forward, and completes a very good catch. 2/3

7.3 Cleans her up and Spirit are on a free fall! Just a straight ball but she plays down the wrong line completely. Pace on outside off, she looks to defend, misses and the off stump takes a beating. Spirit are 21 for 5 chasing 83! 21/5
