9.20pm: A solid night's work from London Spirit. They changed the batting order, with Jamie Smith's 52 off 34 driving them to a decent total on an occasionally sticky pitch. The bowlers then put in a concerted effort to choke the Rockets chase, despite an opening stand of 73 in 52 between Tom Banton and Joe Root. Dan Worrall and Richard Gleeson shared four wickets as Rockets fell well short in the final analysis

Jamie Smith is Match Hero: "Great, been difficult at home, so to come out in front of a fantastic crowd and get a win is really important. [Defending?] We learnt from what the Rockets did well. Took pace off and used the ground dimensions, kept taking wickets. It was hard to come in and play big shots early. [Innings?] Nice to get some runs on a new ground with a new team. Still building relationships with guys at the top of the order to really good."

That's a wrap for tonight. Join us for more as the Hundred rolls on to Headingley tomorrow. Cheerio!

Akeal Hosein is next up. Rockets haven't applied for a concussion sub for Alsop, apparently
