9.22pm: Right, that's your lot from us for tonight. Thanks for joining me, Valkerie and Thilak and we'll be back with more Hundred action tomorrow.
Tim Southee wins the Meerkat. "It was a pretty good performance," he says. "The way Bethell and Livi knocked it around for a bit, they chose good options. We try to adapt to conditions as quickly as possible and the surfaces have offered a little. [Spirit fixture?] It'll be our fourth game here so you'd like to think we've got a read on the conditions. We'll turn up in a couple of days' time and try to assess as quickly as we can."
9.17pm: The Phoenix go third, back above the Superchargers, and will be through to the knockout stages if they can beat London Spirit on Thursday night at Edgbaston. They could even be through before then if the Spirit go them a favour and win at Headingley tomorrow. The Rockets are out which represents a real underperformance and a rare failure to reach the play-offs from a team coached by Andy Flower... that's two group-stage eliminations for them in a row in the men's Hundred. They'll look back at those earlier defeats to the Phoenix and the Fire in botched run chases as the games where they threw it away.
Zubair Islam: "That no ball was very costly" -- Yep, felt like the moment when the pressure was released.
4 off 10 is the requirement. Rockets are eliminated with a loss. Can Sam Cook keep their campaign alive?
