That is all from our coverage of the Hundred tonight. But plenty of cricket happening - in Florida, India are batting against West Indies and the Australia women take on New Zealand women in the second CWG semi-final that starts in just under an hour. Join us one both those contests - till then, bye bye!

5pm The Rockets begin their Hundred campaign with a W. The target was tricky but Hales and Munro really were aggressive in their innings. Root did what he's known to do, and the Phoenix have been rather comfortably downed by the end of it. A forgettable day with the ball for van Buuren, conceding 28 in 10 balls.

But there were some positives for the Phoenix - both Moeen and Livingstone - their stalwarts - looked imperious. Howell was excellent too with the ball.

Alex Hales is the Player of the Match: "Pitch was on the slower side. Munro was doing well so gave him more strike at first but eventually caught up. We thought the target was about par, but the outfield is quick and the boundaries are small. Incredible atmosphere, gets better every time I play here. Root came in, does what he does best, he started scoring from the first day."

Lewis Gregory, winning captain: "Great performance. Samit is always in your ear getting a bowl, he was fantastic. Hales is brilliant, wherever he goes he whacks them. We knew it would be trickier as the game went on. We've been really good at this ground in the five games here and we have a formula here on how to win. (Root) He is the GOAT isn't he? Whatever format, whatever ball colour, he scores runs. The tempo he played at is what we needed."

Helm to Kohler-Cadmore, OUT, edged to the keeper! Good length on middle and leg. TKC comes down the ground to try and go over the top. But the ball holds its line, gets the outside edge of the bat, and the keeper dives forward to complete a catch.
