9.08pm Not a lot to say about that really. Here's the table, which underlines the them-and-us nature of this Men's competition to date. From myself and Ranjith, good night!

9.02pm Superchargers women won by eight wickets with 34 balls to spare, Superchargers men win by eight wickets with 18 balls to spare. A truly abject day for London Spirit across both formats, on a dog of a pitch that offered neither boundaries nor wickets. Zak Crawley is the main man of the chase with a sheet-anchor 55 not out from 38... his flying start setting the tone from which he could just throttle back and be there. London Spirit paid the price for a lack of ambition, particularly in their final 20 balls, in which they didn't hit a single boundary, but still managed to keep seven wickets in hand.

Welsh Fire are rock-bottom after a nearer miss in Cardiff, but Spirit are cut adrift from the play-off prospects now, with Superchargers now third and well set for a shot at the title.

Crawley is the Meerkat Match Hero: "Important to get a win, good all-round performance. Fundamentals the same but try to pre-meditate more than I would in a red-ball game. Good to bat in the powerplay but got harder. Good to have that cushion. Thought Rash would be here, he bowled brilliantly."

Gleeson to Brook, FOUR, good grief, that's a shot! Not unlike Lawrence's intent for his wicket ball, but this time Brook's wrists don't let him down, opening the face and timing the ball to within inches of a six over deep third

Gleeson to Crawley, 1 run, full length, in at the stumps, guided on the drive to mid-off

Gleeson to Crawley, SIX, free hit... Steps across to the off-side, glorious slog-sweep, picking up the wide line! He saw it coming judging by the field, and dispatched it over the short midwicket boundary

Gleeson to Brook, (no ball) 1 run, full length, punched on the front foot to Worrall at short third... and another no-ball. This has been an abject effort from Spirit

Hello Harry, have you brought your mop and bucket?

Gleeson to Lawrence, OUT, finally, a wicket! Lawrence attempted an idiosyncratic launch over the off-side, leading with his wrists but not finding the timing. Dickson backpedals at deep cover and clings on with a tumble

Dawson to Lawrence, SIX, times this one alright! A massive pan through the full length, eyes focussed on the point of impact, hands climbing gleefully up and over deep midwicket. Spirit are extinguished as the run-rate cascades below a run-a-ball

Overton to Lawrence, FOUR, Lawrence makes room, Overton follows him, but his moral victory is merely another boundary, skewed away through deep fine leg as the batter contorts into a defensive tangle. Up comes the hundred
