9.25pm: Northern Superchargers do the double over Oval royalty. The men had it a little tougher, mostly down to Donovan Ferreira's pyrotechnics late in the innings, but Harry Brook kept his cool and the visitors held their nerve to close out an impressive win. Invincibles lose for the first time this season, and are joined on four points by Superchargers
Nicholas Pooran is the Match Hero: "Timeout was important, the batsman just wanted to keep going but it gives you a chance to focus and go again. Nice to get two wins in a row. [Innings] All about consistent. Played the situation on the past, wanted to be there to the end. They bowled well with the new ball. Felt like I got better as the innings prolonged. Wanted to get 150, so had to take it deep. back-to-back wins is important, coming here to win is important. Hopefully we can continue to tick the boxes."
Superchargers captain Harry Brook: "Amazing win, knew how strong they are with both suits. To get the win is really nice. [Timeout] Ferreira got going against Rash, thought two minutes might help us. Didn't talk tactics, just said Pottsy's coming on now. [Ferreira?] He's a powerful player, always close while he was in. Pretty calm, but when you see the ball going out of the park it is tough. Thought it would be hard to pick Rash under lights but Ferreira got hold of him. [Flintoff?] To have a man of his calibre in the changing room, he's got such an aura, when he talks everyone listens. [Pooran] He's grown and grown, one of the best in the world in T20. So powerful, quick feet and hands."
Okay, that's about it from T'Oval tonight. Tomorrow is another double double-header day, with games at Edgbaston and Trent Bridge. Be sure to join us for all the Hundy action. Cheerio!
