5:43pm Right. That will be a wrap from us for this game. Hope you enjoyed the coverage as much as we loved bringing to you. Do hop over to our coverage of the second Men's Hundred match of the day, which features the Manchester Originals and the Oval Invincibles. Until next time, this is me (Shashwat) saying goodbye on behalf of Sudeep, Thilak and everyone else at ESPNcricinfo. Take care!

5:37pm Phew, what a contest that was. Right at the start, it felt that the Rockets would trample over the Superchargers, especially after Wood ripped out three in the first ten balls he bowled. The visitors, though, injected momentum into their innings at the death, eventually posting a total that proved to be beyond the hosts' reach.

Parnell was brilliant with the ball for NS, as was Topley, who defended 9 runs off the final five balls. Rashid and Parkinson also did their bit, with the latter accounting for two batters in the middle overs. They also used the ground dimensions well and forced the Rockets to hit into areas that were well protected - something that was in stark contrast to how the hosts bowled in the corresponding phase.

Speaking of the Rockets, they would be disappointed with how many of their batters failed to go on after decent starts. Each of Hales, Munro, Kohler-Cadmore, Hain and Sams scored 15 or more, yet, none of them managed to muster more than 29. They lacked a few ideas against the Superchargers' spinners too, meaning that by the time Sams began flexing his muscles, they were playing catch-up.

1
Topley to Gregory, 1 run, the Superchargers win! Topley has done it for the visitors! Low full toss speared outside off. Gregory, anticipating it, walks across and tugs at it. Cannot get it past deep mid wicket, though, and he only manages a single off the last ball. Two wins out of three for the Superchargers, and they go to the top of the table!

Four to tie it. Six to win it. Anything other than that, and the Superchargers will win (unless there are extras)

19.4
1
Topley to Imad Wasim, 1 run, excellent yorker on middle and leg stump. Imad backs away and squeezes it out to long on. Gregory is content with the single

6 needed off 2 now. Imad is a handy batter to be coming in at this stage

19.3
W
Topley to Sams, OUT, in the air and taken at long on! Full on middle and leg stump. On most occasions, Sams would have backed himself to tonk it into tomorrow. Today, though, he mistimes it completely and Wiese, running in from long on, holds his nerve to nudge the Superchargers ahead in this contest!

DR Sams c Wiese b Topley 27 (17m 14b 0x4 2x6) SR: 192.85

19.2
2
Topley to Sams, 2 runs, full and wide outside off. Sams throws the plumbing at it and scuffs it over extra cover. Gets a couple of runs for his troubles

8 off 4. Can Sams find the fence? Topley might look to go into the surface and angle it across

19.1
1
Topley to Gregory, 1 run, length delivery pushed across outside off. Gregory swings at it and shanks it down to long on. Just a single

9 needed off 5. Topley to bowl the final set. Gregory on strike. A proper grandstand finish...

2
Parnell to Gregory, 2 runs, full toss way outside off. Gregory reaches out for it and glides it to deep backward point. The throw is quite weak and Gregory has no problem getting back for the second

The crowd comes to life, and that could be a crucial moment in the game

18.4
6
Parnell to Gregory, SIX, what an effort by Wiese! Full just outside off. Gregory gives it everything he has and launches it towards long on. Wiese circles under it, leaps into the air, catches it and then flicks it back into play. But did his foot touch the rope while he was still in control of the ball? Looks like it was, and Wiese's effort goes in vain!

17 off 7 now. The Rockets need a boundary (at least) in what remains of this set

18.3
1
Parnell to Sams, 1 run, in the slot just outside off. Sams, though, tries to hit it too hard and miscues it terribly to long on. Sams is livid with himself and he might feel he missed out on a massive opportunity there!

Sams seemed to slip while turning for the second but made it eventually

18.2
2
Parnell to Sams, 2 runs, full and outside Sams' hitting arc again. Chalks it towards deep point but places it well enough to get back for a couple

Gregory's running between the wickets has been superb so far, and he has fed Sams the strike beautifully

18.1
2
Parnell to Sams, 2 runs, full outside off. Sams plants his front foot and razes it down the ground to long off. Hits it enough to the fielder's left to collect a brace

Right on cue. Here is Parnell to bowl the penultimate set. Over the wicket to Sams

22 required off 10. You would back the batting side to get these, especially with a shorter boundary in play. But Parnell has five balls left, and that could be key in what remains of this game

END OF OVER:

Wiese to Sams, 1 run, full toss outside off. Sams cloths it down the ground to long off and has to settle for a single
17.4
6
Wiese to Sams, SIX, clears the fence again! Yet another half-tracker and because this is a slower one, Sams has all the time in the world to muscle it towards deep square leg. Carse tries his best to pull it back in but is unable to do so

29 off 12. A bit of momentum for the Rockets, though

17.3
2
Wiese to Sams, 2 runs, slot ball outside off. Sams plants his front foot and drills it towards long off. Another misfield on the fence and that is enough to allow Gregory to pinch a second run
17.2
2
Wiese to Sams, 2 runs, full toss on off stump. Sams clears his front leg and hoicks it towards deep mid wicket. Gregory senses the opportunity for a second and hares back to the danger end
17.1
6
Wiese to Sams, SIX, and he gets dumped into the second tier! Half-tracker outside off and that is always asking for trouble against Sams. He winds up and clatters it over deep square leg

Wiese is back

2
Parnell to Sams, 2 runs, back of a length outside off. Sams hacks at it and shanks it towards long on. Short, though, misfields and ends up conceding the second
16.4
0
Parnell to Sams, no run, full and speared into leg stump. Sams is again late on the flick as the ball thuds into the pads and rolls towards the bowler
16.3
1
Parnell to Gregory, 1 run, darted into the stumps. Gregory eases it down the ground and gets off the mark

Can Gregory pull off something special?

13,281 fans are at Trent Bridge, watching this game, but they have gone quiet after the string of wickets

16.2
W
Parnell to Kohler-Cadmore, OUT, straight to deep mid wicket! Parnell has three! Dug in short outside off and Kohler-Cadmore's eyes light up. He gives himself room and swipes at it. Gets a decent chunk of it but arrows it straight to Brook at deep mid wicket, who judges it expertly and takes a smart overhead catch!

1
Parnell to Sams, 1 run, length delivery slanted into middle and off. Sams comes half forward and pokes it down to long on. They seem interested in the second initially before deciding against it. Would have been a very tight run

Around the wicket

Parnell back for his third set. He has given away only four runs and has taken two wickets so far...

Topley to Sams, 1 leg bye, big appeal, turned down! Full delivery that may or may not have pitched in line with leg stump. Sams looks for the flick and misses, getting pinned in front. The ball seems to be hitting the stumps but has it pitched in line? We go upstairs to find out. No bat involved, unsurprisingly. Ball Tracking comes up now and it shows that the ball pitched a smidgen outside leg!

Sams walks out. Topley stays over the wicket

15.4
W
Topley to Hain, OUT, Hain perishes! Slower delivery on a length just outside off stump. Hain walks across, trying to access the shorter boundary. He is hitting against the angle, though, and also does not have much pace to work with. Cloths it completely and Hose, running in from deep backward square leg, does the rest!

Topley to Hain, 2 runs, back of a length delivery outside off. Hain jabs it down to third man. The fielder races in but overruns it a touch, fumbling and conceding the second
15.2
4
Topley to Hain, FOUR, gets it away! Goes for the off-stump yorker but this ends up being a juicy full toss. Hain shuffles across and helps it past short fine leg for four!

1
Topley to Kohler-Cadmore, 1 run, back of a length outside off. Kohler-Cadmore gets up on his toes and dabs it down to third man

Topley to bowl his third set. 51 needed off 25. Over the wicket

This game is beautifully set up. Both Hain and Kohler-Cadmore are starting to flex their muscles, and with the depth that the Rockets have, they will feel they can hunt this down. The Superchargers, meanwhile, have runs on the board, and that could add an extra layer of pressure
