"It came out alright," Jake Lintott says. "It did get away from us a little bit at the end. He's played a little bit of a blinder at the end, Andre Russell. The key thing is trying to hold your length as much as possible. We've got some special players in our group and it's up for one of them to put in a serious performance."
Sampath Bandarupalli from ESPNcricinfo's stats team tells me that Michael Hogan's 48 runs are the 2nd most conceded in an innings in the men's Hundred. Steven Finn conceded 51 off only 15 balls vs Superchargers last year.
8.12pm: 64 off just 23 balls from Andre Russell, and Manchester Originals have posted 188, the third-highest score in the competition this season. Salt and Buttler got Originals off to a flying start, but it quickly became the Dre Russ show. Lintott and Moriarty bowled tightly through the middle but the seamers came in for some serious punishment. Brave will need something special to chase these runs. Miller will be here shortly for the chase.
