That's all from our side for tonight. We will see you again for the final T20I on October 9. Till then, have a great time. Goodbye.
Dasun Shanaka: Bhanuka Rajapaksa played a masterclass innings. These youngsters should get a good chance after the series but there are senior players out as well. So it's up to the selectors.
Sarfaraz Ahmed We didn't play good cricket. Congrats to Sri Lanka, who batted, bowled and fielded better than us. A missed a couple of run-out opportunities that could have changed the game. They had a good partnership in the middle overs, we lost five wickets in the first ten overs. If you don't take wickets in the middle overs, you cannot stop the flow of runs. Old players were called up because of their performance in the domestic cricket.
Bhanuka Rajapaksa, the Man of the Match: Not an easy task to come to Pakistan and beat the No. 1 side but the confidence from the coaches helped a lot. Beating the No. 1 side, it would take it any day. It means a lot to me.
Time for the presentation ceremony.
9.55pm So Sri Lanka have surprised everyone here by defeating the top-ranked side Pakistan in successive games to seal the series. Earlier, Rajapaksa set the platform with a six-laden 77 off 48 balls. Chasing a stiff 183, Pakistan stumbled in front of Wanindu Hasaranga's googlies, losing three wickets in an over. Umar Akmal fetched a second consecutive first-ball duck. Pakistan could never recover from that. While Imad Wasim gave them a glimmer of hope but Asif Ali's struggles at the other end meant they were bowled out for 147, with one over to spare.
