The visiting quicks responded magnificently on a pitch offering help, exposing a number of cracks in the Australia batting order. Harry Brook made the one half-century of the day and England were 160 for 5 when him and Jamie Smith were getting going. Starc, who had claimed a wicket in the first over of the series, carried the Australia attack while debutant Brendan Doggett played his part but Scott Boland went for six an over. Australia then had to change their batting because Usman Khawaja had been off the field, and Archer struck second ball. It's been breathless stuff all the way. What will tomorrow bring? We know how England will play, so this game will likely continue in fast forward.
