Hodge to Conway, OUT, Rocks back for the pull, and has Seales managed to catch this? Half-tracker and Conway pulls it to deep midwicket's left. Seales runs and grabs it above his head, tosses the ball up with momentum taking him over the rope and comes back to complete the catch. A magnificent batting effort, all through the game, comes to an end

NZ have picked up their runs at 5.61 an over in this session. Their lead is 347. Devon Conway became the first NZ batter to back up a double hundred with a hundred in the same Test. Tom Latham joined his father Rocking Rod Latham as one of only two NZ opening pairs to put on two hundred partnerships. These two have added more than 500 runs together in this Test match, which is an all-time first-wicket record.

All of these things still suggest batting is a happy prospect on this pitch, but there have been moments where balls have hit the crack and both reared up and scuttled through low. Obvioulsy the hard new ball poses danger but once it gets softer, bowlers have been left scratching their heads about how to take wickets. That's what NZ have to balance as they figure out when to declare. Join us in 20 minutes for the final session.

Phillip to Latham, (no ball) FOUR, and when it's finally time to bowl, it's overpitched and Latham thrashes it through the covers. Delay tactics would've worked and taken WI to tea, if not for the bowler overstepping

WI slow things down. King comes from extra cover to have a chat. Phillip pulls up in his followthrough, Keeper has a discussion with slip

Shuvam: "500-plus runs' aggregate partnership between Latham and Conway in the match! "

Phillip to Latham, SIX, launches it over long-on. Phillip who has been desperate to hold a wide line away from the left-hander's reach makes the mistake of coming closer to off stump and Latham punishes him for it. Full, free flow of the bat through the line of the ball

Phillip to Conway, 1 run, First NZ batter, and 10th overall, to back up a double hundred with a hundred in the same Test match. What a way to bounce back into form. Collects a hug from his captain and then the applause from the crowd. Brings up the landmark with a simple back cut to the sweeper. Conway's first hundred in the second innings as well.

Five minutess to tea. NZ lead by 329.
