5.08 pm Pakistan are knocked down to the mat by a few vicious body blows from Cummins. They get a standing eight count only for Starc to come along and give a sharp uppercut to the jaw that knocks Pakistan down again as the bell rings to end the round. Score that session 10-7 in favor of Australia. They now have a 123-run first innings lead and in the space of less than an hour have stormed into a commanding position on the ringside scorecard. Australia will come out to bat for a few overs before stumps.

ESPNcricinfo Statsman Sampath Bandarupalli says that this is the fourth time an Australian pace bowler has taken five wickets in a Test innings in Pakistan. He joins a trio of Ms. Sampath also says this is just the 10th time in Test cricket that the last four wickets have fallen in an innings for no run.

Starc to Naseem Shah, OUT, yorker cleans up Naseem! 144 kph ball searing in full on off stump, Naseem's footwork is nowhere to be found. He was looking desperate in his short stay and only manages to last four balls as the ball crashes into off stump.

Starc to Naseem Shah, no run, how did that miss?! Fractionally back of a length angled toward off stump at 139 kph, Naseem plays back and inside the line and is beaten, the ball just fizzes over middle and off stump.

Joydeep: "As I said before right before the tea Pat Cummins is a tom cruise of cricket with his agility his inswing bowl like a train he's improving it by bowling like a train gets the first 5 wicket haul in this series by any bowler". He's done Mission Impossible in the eyes of a lot of people on these batting friendly wickets, to take a five-wicket haul. But he's shown a lot of class and skill during the second and third Tests.

Starc to Babar Azam, OUT, full and angled into the pads at 138 kph on middle stump from around the wicket, Babar is beaten playing around his pad. Big lbw shout upheld! Babar reviews immediately. Live I felt this was sliding down leg but it was awfully tight. It may have been clipping leg stump. 50/50 call that goes in favor of Australia on-field and stays on-field with the umpire's call as ball-tracking shows it was ever sooooooo slightlyyyyyyyyyyy grazing leg stump.

Cummins to Shaheen Shah Afridi, no run, full on fifth stump at 140 kph, defended.

Cummins is the first fast bowler, did someone say medium pacer before??? to take a five-wicket haul in this series.

Cummins to Hasan Ali, OUT, Smith holds onto one at slip! Cummins has five! Full and shaping away from sixth stump at 141 kph, there was no need to play at this but Hasan is sucked in with all those deliveries that were reverse swinging into him leading up to this ball setting him up and now is done in by one shaping away. He doesn't move his feet at all, plays well away from his body and pokes an edge that carries low to Smith at shoe-top height. He reaches forward and snatches it inches from the ground.
