Dickwella: It's a slow wicket, second match here, 140 would have been good. We have quality spinners, they need to use their variations well, bowl in good areas. I got a good start but again couldn't capitalise
8.35pm Sri Lanka felt they were 10-15 short the last time, they are probably 20-25 short, despite the pitch offering plenty of turn on this occasion. Having carried drinks all tour, Todd Astle finally got his chance and didn't disappoint. In fact he was sensational, bamboozling the hosts with his googlies, and picking up his first three wickets in T20Is. As was Mitchell Santner, who mixed up his pace cleverly as ever. He also picked up three and the pair was instrumental in pegging things back after Danushka Gunathilaka had gotten off to a brisk start. There wasn't much for Sri Lanka to show through the middle, the wicket of a set Dickwella hurting them badly, as he could have taken them to around 140, which would have been competitive. 125 looks short, but we'll wait and watch.
