Innings break Australia post a monstrous total. It was just third time Australia's top four have posted 50 or more in an ODI. It was set up by a huge opening stand of 134. Khawaja fell just short of a third ODI century. Finch and Marsh played well but Maxwell was electric making 70 from 33 balls. Usman Shinwari bowled magnificently to take 4 for 49 but the rest really copped some tap.
That is the second highest ODI score at Dubai International Cricket Stadium. It will take some chasing. Liam will be back to take you through the start of the chase.
Aron: "A monstrous total? It's big, but monstrous?" In that context, yes.
Shayaan : "Shinwari has bowled really well this series and Junaid has also took wickets so it's unfair to drop these two and it's really hard to see Amir in World Cup squad unless if Pakistan wants to go with an extra bowler or with experience, Amir could be brought in for Faheem who is out of form too. Amir Yameen is also an option."
Brownie: "It may be the third time Australia have had all the top 4 batters score 50 or more, but Australia lost both of the previous occasions that happened. How's that for an omen?"
Abid Ali is fit to bat. His shoulder is OK
