5.55 pm Whew. What a show by James Neesham. Thisara Perera had 9-0-46-2 when he came on to bowl his final over. He's ended with 10-0-80-2, all thanks to Neesham. That was some exhibition of hitting by the left-hander. The cow corner- square leg area was his favourite, and he was hitting balls there as if doing target practice. New Zealand had started well and kept motoring along, driven by Guptill and Williamson. Then they floundered, with Malinga's slower ones and Thisara's tight lines inducing a collapse. It looked like Sri Lanka were fighting back, but they were hit by the Neesham whirlwind and looked a bit sucker-punched. They're going to have a hell of a chase on their hands. Join us for it after the break

Pradeep to Neesham, SIX, ends it with a flat-batted six over cover What a comeback to the team for James Neesham. He's batted better than he tweets, and that's saying something. Ends with 47 not out off 13 balls. Came down the track and swatted this, to end the innings on a high

Pradeep to Neesham, 2 runs, fuller on the stumps, and he swings at it hard but doesn't get the height. The ball travels to deep square leg. Hard running gives them two

Pradeep to Henry, OUT, top edge caught at short fine leg good bouncer, and Henry tries to pull but is too late on it, the top edge swirls to short fine leg where it's comfortably caught. They've crossed though, so Neesham is back on strike

Sri Lanka were doing so well to fight back. One over has ruined it. From the man who was their best bowler till then too

NLTC Perera to Neesham, 1 run, no six sixes. managed to not get it quite as that full 'in the arc, out of the park' length. Neesham still smashed it, but didn't get the elevation. sends it flat to midwicket, but the good news is, he's retained the strike

long discussion between Malinga, and the bowler. Can he prevent a sixth six?

NLTC Perera to Neesham, SIX, good god, someone give Thisara some brandy or something to recover too full again and Neesham can't put a foot wrong. That's gone on the roof. I miss Tony Greig on air, who would have done justice to a ball going on the roof and a fifth six off five legal balls in the over. Amazing. Incredible

NLTC Perera to Neesham, (no ball) 2 runs, full toss and no-ball for being above waist height There's a free hit coming up, and New Zealand have 27 runs off the first four balls! That was outside off, and Neesham swung hard at it, but it went only to mid-off
