5.45pm So Bangladesh have managed a relatively respectable 232 after being reduced to 42 for 4 and losing six before reaching 100. There was early swing from Boult, raw pace from Ferguson later on, some rash shots from the Bangladesh batsmen, and they ended up being bowled out on what looks like a decent pitch for batting, as Soumya and Mithun showed. Soumya was timing the ball very sweetly early on, and later on Mithun revived the ship along with Saifuddin with a century stand from 131 for 7 to take them past 200. Bangladesh's quick will think they fancy a chance, but it's not easy to curb these New Zealand batsman at home, as we saw against Sri Lanka. Bangladesh will also have to field very well, as the hosts showed today. Can they do it? We'll be back soon with the chase
Tanvir Rivnat: "20/30 more from top order would have been nicer. Still some hope to see a fight from bd bowlers. "
atik: "very bad" Anything in particular?
DK: "Why aren't NZ celebrating any wickets? Did someone close to the team pass away or something?"
