3.17pm That's all from us at ESPNcricinfo. Hope you enjoyed our coverage of the first T20I. On behalf of Saurabh Somani, this is Sreshth Shah signing off.
3.10pm The presentation should begin soon.
Carlos Brathwaite, the winning captain: "Very very good win, but it's only one game. We won the first game in the Caribbean too, but we lost the series. So we need to be respectful of the series. While we celebrate the victory, work is not done. Very pleased with the bat. Wanted to be aggressive, wanted to overpower them as I said in the toss. It doesn't always happen. Some days we can easily be 30 for 3, but this is how we want to play, so when things are going up, you go for it. This is a template. Dhaka will be slower, and Bangladesh are a top international team, so all hands on deck for the next two games."
Sheldon Cottrell is the Man of the Match. He says, "Was definitely not easy. We had to be smart with the ball. Oshane executed well in the first six. Bangladesh did play some poor shots, but we did bowl well. I'm a solider back in Jamaica, so it's a way to show my appreciation for them."
Shakib Al Hasan, the losing captain: "Everything went wrong today other than the toss. We didn't bat well and didn't bowl well. It was a good surface, we should've scored atleast 175. You must ask the other batsmen why they didn't bat well. I can't answer for everyone. As I said, nothing worked out today. Whatever we did, it didn't click. A lot to learn from this game."
3.03pm Utter domination from the world's T20 champions. They've done it in 10.5 overs, that's absolutely incredible from the West Indies batsmen. Bangladesh don't look too upset. Smiles from Shakib. He knows that the visitors have humbled them today, and he's taken his cap off for that performance from WI. Brathwaite leads out the Windies and he's congratulated by the Bangladeshi boys. A great attitude to cricket today from both sides.
Shai Hope's 23-ball 55 set the tone in the Powerplay. He struck the 3rd fastest fifty in T20I cricket to rattle Bangladesh early. After that a 32-run stand between Pooran (17-ball 23) and Paul (14-ball 28) ensured that the visitors won the game without even breaking a set. Four Bangladesh bowlers conceded more than 13 per over. Shakib went for 8.35, Mahmudullah a respectable 6.5. Who will the Man of the Match be? Will it be Cottrell for his four-wicket haul, or will it be Hope for his marvellous knock. Stick around for the presentation to find out.
Nader Abbas: "Windies are undisputed king of T20 cricket.I mean look at the how many explosive batters like Gayle, Bravo, Lewis, Hope, Hetmyer, Smith, Brathwaite few names from long list are on the scene around the world t20 leagues. When they are in ball does not want to come back in the ground."
Mashur: "To the ppl who have started judging BD's T20 ability: You can't judge it basing on one game. Don't forget BD won the T20 series against them on their soil earlier this year. BD lost the 1st game too then and bounced back in the next two games to win the series. So, BD fans, just chill & let's look for the next two games. It's not just our day. It happens in cricket."
