Hamid Ali: "One positive Pakistan can take from this series is their death bowling. They haven't let NZ run away with the match whenever they batted first, but their batting needs to show up today to make a match out of this very much chase-able score."
Dave: "Good finish from Pakistan.... total still could be about 100 too many based on the series so far :("
Leigh: "NZ relies too much on Guptill, Williamson and Taylor, our middle to lower order is not up to standard."
Lee: "How disappointing, NZ only have themselves to blame for posting such a sub-standard score. I think the streak may be in jeopardy today!"
2:40pm A good finish for Pakistan. They've done well to restrict New Zealand to 271, having allowed them to think of a score well in excess of 300 in the first hour of the match. The spinners applied the brakes in the middle and despite Munro's early assault and two well-set batsmen - one centurion in Guptill, and Taylor with his fifty - heading into the final 10 overs, they've managed to restrict them with some sensational death bowling. In many ways, it's the kind of bowling Pakistan are traditionally known for. The yorkers were hard to get away. And the fielding backed it up. Is 272 too much for their batsmen? We'll find out soon.
