2.5 quicker and shorter angling in at leg, he pounces on it and hasn't really found the middle, targets the 70 meter boundary and hasn't cleared deep square, got a start but has to walk back. The ball was begging to be hit but he just couldn't get into position quick enough and didn't lift it much. Slowly walking back to the hut, he has been in imperious touch, perhaps a bit too chaotic and could have given himself a bit more time because he has all the shots in his armoury 28/1
4.1 arrows it in from over the wicket and bowls it slower on a length and just outside off, it holds its line as Saim goes for a cover drive and gets a faint edge to the keeper, he was having troubles with that zone, caught in two minds and a watchful airy waft brings an end to his innings. Pakistan lose both their openers inside powerplay. 35/2

5.4 That is a jaffa! An absolute brute of a delivery, too good for thee! Probing on a fourth stump line around a shorter length, going away from his body and he couldn't bail out of the shot, getting the faintest of edges and keeper takes a sharp catch. Pakistan in a bit of trouble as their captain departs. That was a seriously good delivery, Rohid bringing all his tricks to the fore, making the new ball talk and getting plenty of swing as well! Excellent start by UAE!! 50/3
9.6 low fu.-toss on middle, goes down for a sweep and he fails to put bat on it. Prolonged vociferous appeal for an lbw and the umpire raises the finger without any hesitation, Haris undone by the arm ball, doesn't bother with the review. His struggles continue, once again unable to help Pakistan get out of trouble and not able to capitilize on the start. Extremely well-bowled, changed his length and asked questions, Haris likes to attack and just a touch late on the shot 74/4
11.3 that is an excellent delivery, looks unplayable! Tossed up full and spins away a wee bit outside off, lured into a forward defensive prod and a feather edge to the keeper brings his demise. Pakistan in a spot of bother. There have been no partnerships of note and still a lot of time left in the innings. 80/5

16.6 rolls his fingers, fuller off-cutter wide of off works like a charm, he gets down low and reaches out with full extension of the arms and finds Agha who plucks it brilliantly at mid-off, backtracking and jumping full-stretch to pouch it over his head 113/6
6.1 Carom ball does the trick! Abrar produces first bit of magic tonight! Bowled fuller and it spins away outside off slices it in the air and is taken by Faheem around point, massive breakthrough! He is the lynchpin of this batting line-up 41/1
10.6 good length on middle, clears front leg and finds the fielder at deep square, Saim takes a step to his left and hangs onto it brilliantly, just when they started to tee off, they have been thwarted by another wicket. Not much power and requisite elevation on this occasion, subtle changes in pace gobsmack him 72/2
12.3 cries of catch it and Shaheen and Nawaz avoid, what could have been a, nasty collision at long-off. Floated up on off and lures him with the bait, he bites it and is unable to clear the rope. Took a big stride forward and went for a lusty swing, his ebullience comes to an end but he started off brightly, promoted one spot up in the batting order 84/3
12.5 proloooooonged appeal for an lbw and the umpire gives up in the end, raising the dreaded finger, looks a bit leg-sidish to me and don't think DRS is available so Chopra keeps walking back to the dressing room. Appeal was superb, he put the umpire under a little bit of pressure. The ball landed around a length and roared back into his pads 84/4
14.6 went down on one knee for a slog sweep but hasn't got all of it. Brilliantly caught by Faheem at deep backward point and Abrar finishes his spell with splendid figures 102/5

19.3 goes full on middle, he backs away a touch to play it inside out to extra cover, struggling to get his bat in and Haider Alii is short of his crease as he thought about the second 132/7
