6:22pm Right that's all from us here. Join us on Tuesday for the series finale in Southampton. Have a great evening!

6:20pm "I personally felt we were a few runs short," said West Indies skipper Shai Hope. "The dimensions and the pitch being a pretty decent one
I don't feel like we capitalised in the middle overs against the spin."

England captain Harry Brook reckons they were a lot more than a few short: "Small boundaries here, we always thought they were under-par by about 30 runs.

"It's a great start in the T20s for the boys. We had a lot of fun out there. They had a very good finish, but we stuck to our plans very well in the middle period. We had a discussion before we went out to bat that it was only a matter of a couple of big overs."

6:16pm Player of the match is Luke Wood with figures for 2 for 25 on his return to the England team for the first time in close to two years.

"I've not been in the team for a while now - it's nice to come back in and make an impact. We discussed as a bowling unit and with Brooky on the field about what was effective; it was pretty clear that slower balls and mixing it up to these guys was the right way to go. It paid off today.

"It's nice to win any series, especially off the back of the ODIs. Hopefully in a couple of days time we can make it 3-0."

Holder to Carse, FOUR, Edged away for victory! Length, bit of width, scythed over where first slip might have been. England have won by 4 wickets chasing 197 with nine balls to spare. Excellent contributions throughout with the bat, particularly given Harry Brook fancied a chase at the toss. Victory also confirms the series for England as they take a 2-0 lead in the T20Is with the final game to come at the Utilita Bowl on Tuesday.

Phil: "Shepherd didn't need to drop that did he? Didn't look as though he stepped over the boundary." Free Hit either way, so best to be safe I suppose

Joseph to Banton, 1 run, Into the pitch, good length, Banton rocks back and opens the face into a guide down to third

By the way, this will finish as the highest aggregate score in a T20I without a batter on either side registering a fifty...
