2.3 Third man comes up. Didn't get hold of this. The youngster departs! Cagey stuff. Hits the deck hard around the line middle and off, swung too early and finds Masakadza at cover who takes the easiest of the catches as Yousuf's ebullience comes to an end, he just wanted to continue along his merry way and not slow down. 18/1
7.4 Zimbabwe get the big fish! Ayub slinks back and tries to heave that over long-off but hasn't got all of it, man at deep makes no mistake and pouches it safely. Masakadza let's out a roar. Vital breakthrough! 57/2
12.2 What a superb comeback, Burl gets the last laugh! Tossed up on a length outside and spins it across Usman who indecisively tries to swat it away and ends up feathering it to the keeper; Zimbabwe get reward for their disciplined bowling after powerplay. Useful contribution from Usman but he would have dearly liked to continue and tee off 91/3
14.2 And things continue to get tougher for Pakistan; tries to pound it over cover and gets stuck on the pitch; looked out of sync so far in the innings. Patience was running out as Pakistan looks to switch gears but it's just not working. It has been taken at extra cover but batter thinks it hasn't been cleanly taken and the third umpire is checking from different angles, the fingers seem underneth the ball and its O U T on the big screen, the captain departs as Raza puts him out of his misery. I mean he was going nowhere 100/4

2.1 Stumps askew! Zips it quicker, firing into the stumps, he leans across for a full-blooded sweep and left a big gap at leg-stump, Abrar adjusts his line and ruses him with a quicker one; leg-stump is knocked off as Pakistan draw first blood 12/1
8.2 Short of a length, kicking and screaming outside off, gets low and upper-cuts it, fielder chucks a throw towards non-striker from backward point, fielder at mid-on with a shy at striker's end, Usman whips off the bails in a flash, it was a full-length desperate slide and it looks like it has come down to a mere few millimeters, full marks for the commitment but this is an unfortunate to perish; he was looking dangerous out there and now pressure will be on Raza; costly error in communication; Pakistan won't mind it 77/3
2.5 Gone! Abrar produces his magic again with his befuddling methods! Fraction short and never really arrives at him, he backs away and thinks about cutting it, ball hits the off-stump and Myers has to take the long walk back to the pavilion. Zimbabwe in trouble 18/2
12.3 Backs away into the leg side; arrows it in from over the wicket, short and meandering away outside off, he tries to lift it up and over point but finds Ayub who times his jump to perfection at backward point and gobbles it up. The lynchpin of Zimbabwe's batting line-up has been removed; takes away the chances of winning as well. This wicket has totally changed the complexion of the game 95/6
10.3 Around the wicket, just back of a length and hung away outside off, he stands and larrups it from deep in the crease, spooned it straight to mid-off. Haris Rauf gets the job done, this is exactly why he was brought into the attack, Pakistan punching holes at regular intervals and making the equation tough as Raza continues to fight from the other end 87/4
11.2 Searing googly. Wickets continue to tumble, huge smile on Muqeem's face. Spun away sharply and was quick through the air, tries to flick it away and lost this balance, was outside his crease, sharp glovework from Usman who removes the bails in split seconds and Madande has to go, looks disconsolate after perishing early in the piece. Resistance melting away quickly 92/5

13.5 How often have we seen that in this innings? Bowlers making a comeback and getting wicket after being dispatched for a boundary. Made a mess of it on this occasion; tries to go for a sweep; Muqeem settling down, showing his skills on the big stage; it was full and spinning in; Masakadza got late in jamming his bat down. Superb bowling 102/7
13.6 Back-to-back wickets! Just shows the value of Raza in this side; there is no depth in this line-up as Zimbabwe stare into the abyss. A thick outside edge goes straight into the hands of Yousuf at point who swallows it down his throat 102/8
14.3 Leg-stump goes cartwheeling! Cranks up the pace and he's too hot to handle. That is a lovely dopamine boosting sight if you love fast bowling. Muzarabani backs away and wanted to give himself room to pull but it was too pacy, steamy, and spicy 107/9
15.3 Appeal for a stumping. Floated like a petal outside off, another delicious googly, he is searching for it and tracking the movement, trying to put some bat on it, it's another devilish delivery, goes past the outside edge and Usman removes the bails quickly; third umpire into action. The back foot is not inside the crease when the bails came off so Pakistan win the opening T20I at a canter. Zimbabwe would rue the opportunity to take this game deep after a fantastic powerplay and the team left it all to Raza. Nobody stepped up from the middle-order and Pakistan kept making regular incisions, wrapped it up quickly after Raza's wicket 108/10
