Lunch, 2pm Lovely final over from Russell but needless to say, the damage has been done. It was looking like a big score with that record opening stand and hundreds for both Hashim Amla and Rilee Rossouw but then out came AB de Villiers to play one of the most unbelievable knocks in ODI history. He battered the bowling to all parts, quite literally, for the fastest ODI century. South Africa have made their highest ODI total and West Indies need a innings like South Africa themselves played against Australia back in 2006. We'll find out how close they can get in 20 minutes or so...
