An opening partnership of 86 meant that the Warriors had a good base to build on, and Topping Innings meant that they were always in control of the chase. Jake Egan and Captain McBrine made sure of the win, and that the Warriors have raced to an eight wicket win with time to spare. Keeping going their streak of winning the first game at each of the festivals Humphreys was the pick of the bowlers, and ended up with two wickets, although there wasn't much support from the other bowlers. The Warriors pick up 4 points for the win, and now sit a point behind their opponents today in the table. Sam Topping has just been named the player of the match, and quite right too, it was an excellent Innings. Well that's day one of the festival complete, and it's been a great day here in Pembroke. Two more games tomorrow, so please join me then. Until then, this is Justin saying goodbye from Pembroke. Night
