The Reds would have been happy to get Stirling earlier, but McCollum came in to show the Knights selectors why he should have a place in this IP20 team. His 58 came off only 35 ball, and he showed his touch to guide the ball to all parts of the ground. None of the Reds bowlers escaped punishment, as the Knights showed that this ground was too small for them.
