It's been a record breaking match here today, not only did we see over 400 runs scored, but we have seen Ross Adair break his own record and hit the highest score in IP20 history. No one that was watching today will forget that Innings. The Warriors would have been happy with their score at the half-way mark. Ross Adair had other ideas. Nine sixes with 10 fours thrown in, to all part of the ground and out of the ground, drove the Knights to a five wicket win. Of the Knights batters, only Stirling and Calitz had a strike rate less then 100. They knew what they needed to do, and made sure that the run rate never went out of control. Winning with an over to spare. You will probably not be surprised to know that Ross Adair has been named the player of the match. No one else really had a chance I guess after that Innings. The Knights pick up four points for the win, and move five points clear of their opponents today in second place. Hope that you've enjoyed the game today as much as I have, and that't you'll join me again tomorrow as these two teams face off in the IP50. Until then, this is Justin saying goodbye from Eglinton.
