Laura Woolvardt: "Nice to get that last win, and everyone played so well. It doesn't happen that we score 300 twice in a row, so we're definitely doing something right with the bat. Dercksen is having a breakthrough season, and it's great to see the youngsters turning up as well. Nice to see some more spinners coming through as well. We have a few days now, so looking forward to relaxing and hanging around here [in Sri Lanka] as well."

Player of the match goes to Chloe Tryon for her 74 and 5 for 34: "We were in a bit of trouble, and we just wanted to take it as deep as possible. I knew I just had to be there till the end. I knew I had plenty of time, Annerie was hitting the ball so sweetly, so I knew I could take my time and just rotate the strike. I woke up under the weather, so I don't know how I did it today. Just an unforgettable day."

Chamari Athapaththu: "First 25 overs we did really, but the last 25 overs we struggled as a bowling unit - we dropped a few catches, and that cost us. I'm confident of our bowling unit, that's why we bowled first. We can't predict the toss, but last 10 games when we have won it's been because we've chased good. We know India has good players, but we know that we just have to play our best game."

5.01pm So a not-so-ideal warm-up for the final for Sri Lanka, but a deserved series send-off for a valiant South Africa side. The player of the match adjudicators will have their work cut out for them, with several South African performances warranting consideration. Annerie Dercksen struck a game-changing century to bring South Africa back from the brink, but Chloe Tryon struck 74 as well, including a five-for with the ball - one that also included a hat-trick. South Africa were certainly the better side in all departments, but Sri Lanka will know they had their moments to really take a chokehold of the game. Most notably when they had South Africa reeling at 85 for 5, but also in the chase, where too many batters weren't able to capitalise on their starts put together the sort of partnerships needed in a big chase like this. The big positive though for the Lankans though is that their skipper, Chamari Athapaththu, seemed to have found some form during a 57-ball 52. Dewmi Vihanga also picked up a maiden five-for, a performance that deserves praise even if it has been somewhat overshadowed today.

Sanjeewani wants the run to keep the strike for the start of the next over, but there's a bit of yes-no-yes hesitation, and by the time Fernando decides to come along for the single the keeper has had ample time to pick up the ball and break the stumps. Gets more height than distance, and it looked like this too was going to fall safe. But De Klerk has other ideas, who races in from deep backward square leg and throws herself forward at full stretch to hold on to a fantastic catch. Is that the game?
