Another absorbing day, both teams will have a proper go tomorrow. Meanwhile, check out the report and analysis on the site. Miller and I will be back tomorrow. Goodbye for now.

KL Rahul: Blockbuster finish waiting tomorrow. When the Test started, I felt it was a beautiful batting wicket and it would go towards a draw. But the wicket's played tricks, has had wear and tear. Cracks should open up tomorrow, Jadeja will have rough. There's been up-and-down movement, pace has gotten slower generally. A few balls have kicked up. (What's the chat with Pant when he plays outrageous shots?) Just stay silent. I've had a few partnerships with him, it's hard for us to understand his mindset but you've to let him be. You've to chat with him, keep him relaxed. Not a lot has changed for me recently, I'm just getting runs now. I used to not convert starts earlier, I'm just at a stage where a lot of things have changed. I'm a lot calmer and not chasing numbers. Lot of work put in behind the scenes, spent a lot of time with Abhishek Nayar. I was in a 'quality of quantity' mindset for a while. Of course, mid-30s average hurts me, but I don't want to look into numbers too much. Whenever I'm given the chance to play for my country, I want to do my best. Blessed with opportunities again and again. Someone's gonna win tomorrow, will be an interesting day. Wicket's not as easy as it was in the first innings. Them taking chances will keep us in the game. We'll try to put as much pressure as we can.

6:30pm, Day 4, Stumps: Gill was jogging across to the other end but Crawley walked right off. No threats so far this innings despite Bumrah bowling three. Duckett leaving three balls is the highlight. India were bowled out for 364 earlier. Pant and Rahul got centuries, they looked set to score more but their tail was blown away. The pitch has deteriorated, a few balls have spat up, others have gone low. There's sideways movement every now and again too. But in between, batters have been able to pile runs. A great contest set up for the final day.
