Jake Retzlaff to commit to Tulane after BYU exit, sources say
QB Jake Retzlaff, who withdrew from BYU following a lawsuit accusing him of rape and a suspension for violating the school's honor code, has verbally committed to transfer to Tulane, sources told ESPN's Pete Thamel.
