Daniel Dubois defends his IBF heavyweight title against Joseph Parker on Feb. 22 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The fight is the co-main event on the card, which is headlined by Artur Beterbiev's rematch against Dmirty Bivol for the undisputed light heavyweight crown.
Here's everything you need to know ahead of a huge fight night on Saturday.

How to watch:
The card is available to purchase on Sky Sports, DAZN, TNT Sports Discovery + in the UK for £19.99 and on DAZN in the United States for £25.99.
You will also be able to follow live updates throughout the night on ESPN.

What's on the line?
Dubois (22-2, 21 KOs) will put his IBF heavyweight title on the line against former world champion Parker (35-3, 23 KOs).
Parker won the WBO title in 2016 before he lost the belt to Joshua in 2018.
Dubois became IBF champion after the belt was vacated by Oleksandr Usyk in June 2024. He stamped his mark on the title with a commanding knockout of Anthony Joshua in September.
There is speculation that the winner could move into an undisputed heavyweight title fight with Usyk, who holds the WBA, WBC and WBO belts, later this year.
Dubois has made no secret of that fact he wants a rematch with Usyk, having lost to the Ukranian in 2023.
In the main event, Beterbiev and Bivol will once again fight for all the marbles. Beterbiev beat Bivol in October to claim the WBA light heavyweight title, adding it to the IBF, WBC and WBO straps he already had.
The two formidable fighters will go toe-to-toe once more on Saturday in a highly anticipated winner takes all contest.

What time is the fight?
While a confirmed time for Dubois vs. Parker is yet to be announced, the event is expected to start around 5.00 p.m. UK time, or 12.00 p.m. ET.

What other fights are taking place?
